They are many modification route can choose for this 3rd Gen Toyota Vios, but this car owner decide to choose a route not many choose, install Nitrous Oxide System (NOS).

Nitrous Tank

The Nitrous Tank is place at the rear boot the optimize the space that it use and for safety purpose.

Custom Silicone Air Intake Pipe with NOS Nozzle Adapter

In order for us to install the NOS Nozzle, we need to custom made an adapter for it. We temporary replace the factory intake pipe with Samco Silicone Hose plus install an adapter to it, later we custom made Stainless Steel Air Intake Pipe.

Works Engineering NOS Kit Nozzle mix Nitrous and Fuel before shoot the mixture into the engine.

NOS Kit Nitrous and Fuel Pump

Nos Kit Nitrous and Fuel Pump help pump nitrous from the tank ( at rear boot ) to the NOS Kit Nozzle, and pump fuel to the NOS Kit Nozzle.

End Result

Based with owner feedback, the car accelerate more as soon as he press the NOS Button, which is useful when you try to overtake a large lorry. Horsepower is increase when the NOS is activate, but we can determine how many horsepower has increase, due to owner doesnt want his car to dyno test.
